I cannot thank you enough for the beautiful flowers you designed for our daughter Jennifer’s wedding at the Ritz Carlton. Everything was perfect and you were so wonderful to work with. Everyone raved about the beautiful flowers!

Our son is going to propose to his girlfriend by the end of the year and you will definitely hear from us when they begin to plan their wedding. We will be referring you to anyone who needs a florist. Again, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

Welcome to our new BLOG!!

Blinking cursor, blank white page….do or die. Writing a blog (or anything, for that matter) can be an intimidating endeavor. Fortunately, WE are not easily deterred. Welcome to the stream-of-consciousness that is our new blog.

I invite you to join in the spirit of self-expression and let us know what you think of the new project. Good, bad, or ugly – we value your feedback. Constructive feedback, that is – no complaining just for the sake of it! (Everyone hates a whiner.)

First things first. Allow me to introduce myself. I will be your moderator for the evening. (I’ve always wanted to say that.) Actually, my name is Joyce Geissinger and I will be the author and creator of this blog. Never having done this before, and feeling embued with the spirit of self-indulgence, I hope you will forgive my feeble first attempts at informative postings. Like a newly hatched baby bird, my wings of creativity are still forming, and it will be a while before I take my first full-fledged flight. (Pause for collective groans and eye-rolling.)

Pathetic avian analogies aside, please be patient with our development. I trust you will come to love (or at least marginally tolerate) our attempts at communication.
