DELIVERY INFO

Ordering Information
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have your online order confirmation number. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. Same day delivery cutoff time is 1:00pm PST. Orders placed after 1pm will be delivered the following day.

Delivery Charges
Local delivery charges and CA sales tax of 9.75% are not included in the arrangement price and will be added to your total.

Seasonal Flowers and Substitutions
If we are out of a particular vase or type of flower, we may substitute a similar element of equal or greater value. The "look and feel" of our arrangements featured will remain the same, with our designers paying careful attention to overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.

Delivery Time Requests
We will attempt to accommodate a delivery time within a 2-4 hour window per your request, however we can’t guarantee an exact time of delivery. All deliveries will be completed prior to 5pm.

Weekend Deliveries
Saturday deliveries typically require one day advance notice. Please call us if you require same-day delivery on a Saturday. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays.

Incorrect Addresses
Incorrect addresses will result in a re-routing charge of $15.00 if our driver has already attempted delivery. We are not responsible for items left at an incorrect address if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Deliveries outside our local area
Our custom floral arrangements are available for delivery within the West Los Angeles area. If your order is placed for delivery to a location outside our local delivery area, we will contact an affiliated florist in the recipients area to fill the order. We will advise the filling florist as to the required design, but orders outside our area may vary slightly.

Recipient Unavailability
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we may elect to leave the arrangement in a safe spot, or re-attempt delivery the next business day. We may call the recipient in advance to schedule delivery.

The information we collect
We ask for phone numbers and/or email addresses and contact information for the recipient and customers only to help us make arrangements for delivery and for customer service purposes. We treat all of the information provided to us as confidential, and will never disclose or sell this information to any third party.
